From serving the Nation as Director of Planning & Coordination for the Punjab Small Industries Corporation to leading private FMCG companies such as Wily Foods (KINZA) to more than 500% growth in just seven years, Nasir is a high impact leader with a flawless ethical compass. His belief in doing things the right way and high standards of personal accountability have inspired both the learning philosophy and the curriculum developed at Activ8.
As CEO, Nasir empowers the Activ8 team by creating autonomy and ownership through a culture of respect, trust and shared goals.
Umer is an MBA from Virginia Tech. and an engineer from GIKI. He is an energetic and dynamic speaker, management consultant, facilitator and an entrepreneur. His experience combines strong training and facilitation skills with hands-on experience of managing and growing a marketing business in a highly competitive market. Umer has accrued extensive experience and a positive standing as a teacher, coach, leader and mentor of people and projects.
Umer has over two decades of highly diverse national and international consulting and training experience with leading organizations in Pakistan, Dubai & Oman. He has trained and consulted with companies such as Microsoft, GE, Shell, Nestle, Engro, PSO, Pepsi, Metro, PEL, P&G, and more. He has trained and coached individuals from farmers to generals, students to top executives.
